Participant Limitations

So I have a few friends participating in this hackathon in 3 or 4 separate teams doing all different projects, I'm wondering if I'm able to be apart of multiple teams and work on multiple projects to be submitted. Also am I able to submit multiple projects on my own accord? Thank you. (I'm willing to only retaining 1 prize if I'm in the scenario that this is allowed and I manage to win with multiple teams/projects)
